Cake in a Cup...

But not a Cupcake.

My favourite recipees for Cake in a Cup:

Chocolate Brownie: 
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of cocoa

A tiny little bit of salt
A little bit of vanilla


Mix that together

Put in:
1 tablespoon (or so) of liquid margarine (You could use oil too, but I don't have any atm)
Enough water to make it smooth'ish.
As much chopped chocolate as you want (I use chocolate with nuts).

I top it off with whatever fruit I have and some whipped cream.
It's AMAZINGLY easy and it doesn't taste half bad when all you want it just something sweet at the of the day.
