I Inside flap/Back of the book summaries: Too much info? Or not enough (Discuss)
It depends for me. Sometimes I think they're too much, other times not enough. A summary from a book I've recently read, that I really liked is the summary on The Fault in Our Stars by John Green.
As for information, if a summary is good and does its job, it'll get me interested in the book. For me it's a pretty fine line between too much and too little.
N New book: What form do you want it in? Be honest: Audiobook, E-Book, Paperback, or Hardcover?
Paperback or hardback, definitely. I prefer the look and feel of a good hardback but Paperbacks are good for the budget restraints I have. I've also grown to like the creases in a paperback spine.
S Scribble while you read? Do you like to write in your books, taking notes, making comments, or do you keep your books clean clean clean? (Tell us why)
Never. The only books I *might* have scribbles in are my school books and then I might have substituted it with a post it.
I In your best voice, read for us your favorite 1st sentence from a book.

It's the first paragraph of The Fault in Our Stars, a first paragraph that I really, really like.
D Does it matter to you whether the author is male of female when you're deciding on a book? What if you're unsure of the author's gender?
No, generally I find new books by people recommending them to me or finding a good review on Goodreads or an advert in my local bookstore. I don't give much attention to the sex of the author. If the book sounds good, I'll like it no matter the sex of the author.
E Ever read ahead? or have you ever read the last page way before you got there? (Do confess thy sins, foul demon!) :)
I am so ashamed of this, yes, I have but I try to make it a rule NOT to read ahead but sometimes a book just crawls ahead and I feel like just peaking at the next page in hopes of something exciting happening.

O Organized bookshelves, or Outrageous bookshelves?
I have an organisation system but it's blown up in my face lately. When I have a moment (which I will after I post this) I'm going to think about a new organisation system.
U Under oath: have you ever bought a book based on the cover (alone)?
Yes. The Language of Flowers being the most recent I've bought solely on the cover. It was a good book as well, I liked it as a book not only as a cover.
T Take it outside to read, or stay in?
I like both. I like laying in my hammock, sunglasses on and just reading until it gets too cold but I also like curling up in my bed.
The question made me want to go outside and read actually, because it's such a nice weather and I have nothing to do.
